poorly documented.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Either they have no interest or nobody has thought to put this information in shape and available to the general public.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Let me introduce you to one of these little-known information, namely, how was the gun of a Fein 65 (airgun) mounted on the carcass?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Having on hand a copy of this weapon in average condition, I took the opportunity to answer this question.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class=\"\" title=\"\">Before attempting a particular dismantling method, one must define what is considered to be the method of mounting the barrel.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Possible editing modes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Screwed;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Inserted in force;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Pinned;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Pasted;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Welded (unlikely here);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Several of lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">About me, having no certainty.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">I hesitate between several choices (press fitting or screwing).<\/span> <span title=\"\">I&#8217;m considering two options:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text-wrap tlid-copy-target\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Pass the barrel to the press and try to extract it to the front.<\/span> <span title=\"\">If the barrel is screwed on the receiver, I may damage the parts by tearing the thread;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"text-wrap tlid-copy-target\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Machine the receiver to remove all or part of the tension around the barrel and see if the barrel is, or not, screwed into the receiver.<\/span> <span title=\"\">It&#8217;s a destructive way.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"text-wrap tlid-copy-target\">\n<p class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">I decide to test the first option.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">If it does not work, fall back on the second.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">To do this :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text-wrap tlid-copy-target\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">I drilled a steel plate about 10 mm thick with a 13 mm diameter forest.<\/span> <span translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Following the first pressurization, it turns out that the pusher is not suitable.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The first pusher is a car bolt.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The latter was twisted by the effort of the press (see photo below).<\/span> <span title=\"\">The second pusher used is a full steel bar with a diameter of 20 mm.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-764 size-large\" translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">With this new push, the effort of the press has fully applied to the barrel.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">After a snap, the barrel came out of its slot.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The snap is due to the breakage of two steel circlips.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-765 it seems that the barrel is mounted by pushing it from inside the box of breech.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">So, I had to disassemble it by pushing it towards the inside of the box of breech.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Which would not have broken the circlips.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"text-wrap tlid-copy-target\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"result-shield-container tlid-copy-target\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The barrel housing on the receiver is clean.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">The diameter of the barrel housing in the receiver is 13 mm.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The breakage of the two circlips (barrel stop on the receiver) did not damage the barrel
